What will you do?
As a Service Engineer, you will work in an environment where technology, collaboration, and innovation come together. You will handle complex production lines with multiple machines, installing and commissioning them for customers worldwide—from small businesses to multinationals.
Your tasks include managing technical purchases, overhauling machines, and training customers to operate equipment safely and efficiently. You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues on-site, conduct inspections, and provide tailored advice.
Accuracy is essential, and you thrive under time pressure and changing priorities. You are a proactive problem-solver with an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Finally, you ensure accurate reporting and smooth handovers, keeping both customers and your team fully informed.
What you bring
✅ Vocational education level or equivalent, plus approx. 1.5 years of relevant courses or training.
✅ Up-to-date knowledge of your field and the drive to keep learning.
✅ Strong command of Dutch, German, and English.
✅ Valid driving license (B).
✅ Proactive attitude – you communicate easily with colleagues and clients.
✅ Customer-focused mindset – you anticipate needs and think ahead.
✅ Flexible approach – you are comfortable with varying schedules and do not have a strict 9-to-5 mentality.
