Altrimex After Sales

The introduction to our After Sales department starts with the installation of the machine(s). Our technicians take care of construction, training, and smooth commissioning. Upon delivery, a maintenance schedule is drawn up with you. This contains clear agreements regarding which (periodic) maintenance activities are carried out by Altrimex and which are taken care of by your own staff. In this way, we proactively work with you to prevent malfunctions and defects and keep the line in excellent condition.

Optimization

Our packaging lines are designed to last for years. The After Sales department will act as your full-fledged service partner throughout that period. Are changes to the production process placing different demands on the machines? Altrimex looks for effective solutions and adjustments, including any additional training for your employees. We regard optimization as a continuous process. By ensuring your packaging line and control are always up to date, we prevent downtime, increase efficiency, and extend the lifespan of the equipment. In other words,: with Altrimex you get the maximum return on your investment.

Revision

If your line is outdated to the extent that optimization will no longer suffice, but there are still insufficient grounds to purchase a new one, After Sales can provide revision. Extensive mechanical and technical adjustments can be made, giving your line a ‘second life’.

Acute solutions

Although we do our utmost to prevent malfunctions, problems can still occur unexpectedly. Our technicians are ready to help you solve this as quickly as possible if this is the case. You can place a service request by filling in the form or contacting us by telephone.

Altrimex After Sales is also the right place to go for spare parts. It’s good to know that we keep 80 percent of all spare parts in stock. This enables us to deliver them to you quickly.
