Secretarial Sales Support (24 hours)
Are you skilled in languages and thrive on supporting a dynamic commercial team? Do you enjoy creating customer proposals that truly stand out?

What are you going to do?
In this dynamic role, you’ll be an essential support within one of our commercial departments. You’ll manage all outgoing correspondence and proposals, complete with letters, drawings, images, and documentation, ensuring every detail is accurate and professional. You’ll also coordinate the team’s agenda, scheduling appointments, customer interactions, and deadlines with precision.
Additionally, you’ll organize and maintain documentation so that all information remains clear and accessible. Working closely with our Sales Engineers, you’ll oversee processes behind the scenes, from initial customer contact to quotation and final order confirmation, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
You are flexible, maintain oversight, and set clear priorities. Independent and proactive, you take initiative and coordinate effectively with colleagues. Even under pressure, you remain calm, accurate, and committed to delivering high-quality support.
What you bring
✅ MBO-4 diploma, complemented by at least one year of additional training or courses.
✅ Advanced proficiency in Dutch, German, and English, both spoken and written.
✅ You are proactive, stress-resistant, and work with precision.
✅ You enjoy collaboration and are a true team player.
✅ You take pride in secretarial work and approach tasks proactively.
