Installation, commissioning, and training
Our technicians take care of constructing and installing your machine. Together, with you, they commission the line and train the operators.
Malfunction teleservice
Altrimex offers remote on-call service for rapid processing of technical malfunctions – with 24 hour availability, if required. You will be in direct contact with one of our specialized technicians, in order to get your packaging line up and running again as rapidly as possible.
Online IT service
It is possible to check specific types of machines remotely, via a data connection, and correct any faults.
Service on site
Altrimex offers you the option to procure a service agreement. This gives you priority for service visits, which minimizes your downtime and production loss. Other benefits of the service contract are:
- VIP treatment: immediate response, higher service visit priority and precedence
- Helpdesk during office hours, staffed by one of our service engineers
- Annual security check of machine including safety report
- Annual technical inspection of the machine including inspection report
- 10% discount on our spare parts
Direct delivery of spare parts
Altrimex After Sales supplies the spare parts from its central warehouse in Helmond (the Netherlands). In 80 percent of all cases, these can be delivered within 24 hours (in Europe) or three working days (excluding customs) outside Europe. Besides delivery of spare parts on request, a standard recommended spare parts package is available for every machine.
Periodic maintenance
Periodic maintenance is vital for your packaging line. During installation, we will review the recommended maintenance schedule with you.
Optimization and revision
Ensuring your packaging line and operating system are always up-to-date helps prevent downtime, ensures efficiency, and extends the equipment’s operational lifetime. In this way, you get the highest possible Return On Investment. If optimization is no longer sufficient, a revision can give your packaging line a second life.
